We’ve designed Industrie to be healthier, quieter, and at least 30% more energy efficient than typical apartment buildings. Fully electrified air-source heat pumps and energy recovery ventilation along with an airtight building envelope eliminate combustion pollutants while providing residents with a constant source of fresh, filtered air and balanced humidity.
